Learner Takes courses and AI coaching sessions. No admin access.
Instructional Designer Builds and edits courses and modules (reading, quiz, scenario content). Cannot manage users or view session data.
Session Architect Configures AI coaching scenarios — character sheets, evaluation criteria, and scoring rubrics — directly in the Scenarios tab.
Facilitator Reviews learner session transcripts and can override AI scores. Cannot build content or manage users.
Admin Full access to all tabs: courses, users, sessions, branding, and resources.
